My Story

From Diagnosis to Breakthrough

After a personal diagnosis with breast cancer, Tina took a deep dive into the metabolic approach to health — one that included a therapeutic ketogenic lifestyle as a core piece of her treatment and recovery.

That journey led her to study under Dr. Nasha Winters, earning her Metabolic Advocacy Certification, and to become a certified practitioner through 3x4 Genetics — one of the most advanced nutrigenomic testing platforms available. She also holds a comprehensive certification through Ketogenic.com, one of the most in-depth programs in the industry.

Today, Tina lives a nutritional ketogenic lifestyle for her continued cancer prevention and metabolic health — and she coaches from that lived experience. She doesn't just teach this approach. She lives it.

Over the past 25+ years, Tina has worked with women across coaching, leadership, motivation, and education — always with the same mission: to impact and add value in a way that calls others to level up their living.

My Philosophy

"I believe that there is not a 'one size fits all' approach to our health, but it is about understanding our body's 'ecosystem' inside and out. This 'terrain' gives us the clues we need to put a personalized plan together based on the methodology: test, assess, address, don't guess."

Beyond the Coaching Room

Finishing My First 70.3 Ironman

This is what a breakthrough looks like. Crossing the finish line of my first 70.3 Ironman — a 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike, and 13.1-mile run — is one of the proudest moments of my life.

This race wasn't just about athletic achievement. It was proof that the metabolic approach to health — the same approach I coach my clients through — fuels real, extraordinary performance. I train, compete, and live the lifestyle I teach.

When I say I believe in what I do, this is what I mean.

Community & Support

Sisters on the Journey

This is me with my sisters after completing a Relay 70.3 Ironman together — and it captures something I believe deeply: you don't have to do hard things alone.

Whether it's crossing a finish line or transforming your health, community makes the difference. Having people in your corner — cheering you on, holding you accountable, and celebrating your wins — is what turns a goal into a breakthrough.

That's the spirit I bring to every coaching relationship and every Metabolic Meet Up. You are never on this journey by yourself.

Life Beyond Coaching

Family Is Everything

My family is at the heart of everything I do. Traveling, laughing, and making memories together is what fuels me — and reminds me why living a healthy, vibrant life matters so much.

How I Work

The Coaching Approach

Test, Assess, Address

No guessing. Every plan starts with understanding your unique biology — your labs, your history, your genetics — so we can target root causes, not just symptoms.

Wholistic by Design

Your health is an ecosystem. Diet, sleep, stress, movement, and genetics all interact. We look at the whole picture, not just one piece.

Lived Experience

Tina has walked this path personally. A breast cancer diagnosis led her deep into the metabolic approach — and she now coaches from a place of genuine understanding.

Empowerment Over Dependency

The goal is to give you the knowledge and tools to own your health — not to keep you reliant on a program forever.

My Mission

"To IMPACT and add value in a way that calls others to level up their living."

If you're ready to stop guessing and start understanding your body at a deeper level, Tina is here to guide you every step of the way.
